surely, it is time for the International community to put pressure not only on China to accept North Koreans as refugees but also for their to be some sort of law within the UNHCR that they have the right to refugee status within China and its borders. Maybe there should be some discussion within Great Britain as, maybe this could restart the Six Party Talks and assist in the Economic Aid and Diplomatic recognition that the DPRK (North Korea) wants.
